College was infinitely better than high school for me. However, I didn't drink in high school so that could be a possible reason. Also, I went to an all boys high school, so that is definitely the reason.

I went to Blockbuster for the first time in 10 years and they made me fill out a large form and they needed my driver's license and credit card information. Now I remember why most Blockbusters went out of business. Much easier to download the movie via torrent even with the inevitable viruses.

Anyway, the oncologist called today and said that they wanted to go ahead and do the bone scan. Apparently this is pretty common for former breast cancer patients because it's not unusual for the cancer to metastasize to the bones.

Good news: bone scan shows no sign of cancer.

Bad news: my wife has arthritis in her lower back and hips. At 33. This may be an unfortunate side effect of her chemotherapy four years ago.
