beats me. i've read that windshield mounting is not allowed in CA and another state (I wanna say MN but I'm not sure). First I heard of it in PA. Cop said something about "blocking her line of vision".....

So does that apply to EZ Pass too? The hell are you supposed to do with those then? Does PennDOT know they're encouraging people to break the law?

Wouldn't it block your line of vision more if it was mounted down low on the windshield just above the dash?

I had blood work done today--really cute phlebotomist, and I didn't feel a thing. However, after taking off the band aid, I see a dark purple mark near where she stuck me. I've never had one of those before. It's weird.
