I woke up this morning feeling like crap. My whole body was sore and achy. I took a hot shower and started getting light headed. I have no idea what all happened after I turned off the water, but I woke up on the kitchen floor in just my towel. I kept waking up and passing out on the floor before I could finally muster the strength to eat a banana and apple to get some sugar in me and drink some water. I think I almost died or something. I still feel like crap.

People have been known to pay a lot of money to go in and out of consciousness like that.

All kidding aside, if you still feel that bad get yourself to an ER but do not attempt to drive. Nothing positive can come out of attempting to drive yourself when you can simply call an ambulance, friend, family member, or cab. It sounds like you are badly dehydrated to *me* so I would suggest pedialyte>gatorade>water to see if that helps (if you choose not to go to the hospital).
