I think you've figured it out
Barry Jive wrote:yeah. in fact, in retrospect i should probably be surprised they lasted this long. anyway, my next pair of jeans will likely not be purchased from Old Navy. it's time for me to step it up.
Barry Jive wrote:yo, this is bull $#@!. my zipper is defective (i.e. it just randomly goes down for no apparent reason). basically this means i can't really safely wear these jeans unless i want to re-zip constantly, which wouldn't be that much of a problem if i didn't have a phobia of getting my junk caught in my zipper dating back to There's Something About Mary (and also, one time i actually almost did get my junk caught in the zipper--scariest minute of my life)
so now, because there's this tiny part of my erstwhile completely fine jeans, i gotta lose them? that's bull. the zipper is, pound for pound, the most important part of the jeans. if the zipper goes before the rest of the jeans, you should get a free pair of jeans regardless of how many times you've worn them. no questions asked. there's just too much riding on it.
