Bollix. When I finished at the book festival, I thought I'd have a normal august, with no late nights, weekend working and pushing to get documentation finished before the gates open on saturday.

Despite having barely anything to do with the festival this year, I've been proofing like a demon in the eveings till the ealry hours, feel exhausted, and you guessed it, am trying to finish a guidance document for the first aid team onsite in charlotte square this year.

Wizlette came in from work yesterday to find me asleep, curled up on the bed with monkeywiz who was ready to go to his cot. The little bas was quietly sucking his thumb and smiling at his ma, as if to say 'check it out, I broke da'.
