i just want to say thanks for those speaking up for me; although again i don't have a huge problem with any of what jeff is saying or the way he's saying it.

i'm a real big dick for what i did last night. i'd like to think i'm not as big of a dick all the time, drunk or not. obviously i've got some personal things going on here in real life (and believe it or not, i didn't air ALL of them out here last night either). the kinds of comments i was making probably belong in a much more professional setting; and certainly not a phillies msg board.

either way, thanks to all who put up with it. it was pretty cathartic to let some of that stuff out, but again i understand that this probably isn't the venue

2. The enjoyment of music is subjective. However, someone who claims that Paris Hilton's CD is better than Sgt. Pepper is probably not someone you'd seek out for advice on music (see David Hume).

Again, I'm not saying mose is a bad person. I'm not saying his thoughts aren't normal. I am saying that venting on a message board (throwing in the fact that he was venting to a bunch of people who couldn't possibly understand) is a tremendously awful idea that could end up hurting a lot more people.

Finally, mose in the back of his mind knows this which is why he didn't take exception to my post. People need to stop being tolerant of other people's thoughts and words. (I think I'm mostly kidding with that last part)

you calling him out has made it a thousand times worse. dude was drunk and upset, and he vented. i guarantee you nobody here last night, or for that matter this morning, read it and was like, "OH GOD WHAT A DISASTER, MY ANUS IS CLENCHING AND I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE."

No, of course YOU wouldn't. You're a 21 year old who loves to smoke weed and tell us about it. This doesn't make you different from many 21 year olds, mind you, just in no position to give Mr. Mose advice.

Anyway, mose has shown himself to be nothing but classy today, so I think me belaboring the point does little to help anyone, but I won't stand by as all the young kids are like "dude, it's just drinking and venting". Again, the lack of interest in privacy by the young fellas today is just staggering to this old guy.
