so the other night me and my friends partake in a game of acie-deuce. 5 dollar buy in, nothing earth shattering, but this game takes on a mind of it's own sometimes. so the pot is at 10 bucks, i get an ace, call low, a king comes and call pot. another king comes meaning i lose double the pot. so now there's 30 dollars give or take in there and builds up to around 36. another ace comes and my buddy calls low and a jack is flipped. he pots it, only to get another jack. he's in for 73 bucks now, making the pot over 100 bucks. really it got out of hand and i was hoping to win the pot so i could get my money back, give my buddy his 73 back and split the rest among the other three so they were even. i'm fairly certain my other friends would have done the same except one, who wins the pot and pockets it, even making our other friend stop at an atm to pay him off. i thought it was a dick move.

That game can turn friends and family away from each other pretty quick. It is a fun game though.

and none of us would have put him on the hook for the 230 or so he would have owed if he doubled so it was a no lose situation for him

I think Zildjian stopped calling them "China Boy", and now just call them "China" (i.e., "China High", "China Low"). Can't say for sure, since I'm a Paiste fella, not a Zildjian guy.

but it seems like it would take more than 9 bags. but whatever, im pretty poor at math.

So it would be...

9.7(10) + 4(x) = 7(10+x)

97+4x=70+7x

27=3x

9=x
