Yes, but you have to have rules in life. I'm technically working, though watching West Ham lose to Spurs. In any case, Georgetown home game tonight, so probably have a whiskey or two before heading down to Verizon. Can't have booze before five though. That's bad form.

i think the lyric "the waiting is the hardest part" applies to almost every scenario in life, but mostly doing laundry.

Consult your local street pharmacist.

at least for me, the droughts in between sex were worse than the one before losing the v-card.

I'd say it was equally stressful until after the second time/person; after the first, there was the nagging "Was that just a FLUKE?" sliver of doubt, as if I was the sexual Brady Anderson and she was my 1996.

It's amazing how you go from broke ass at 21 and eating ramen and pb&j for dinner hoping the electricity doesn't get shut off, to owning a house and having steak and wine for dinner in only a few short years.

Or instead of eating ramen that costs 10 cents a pack, you can afford to go to a restaurant and eat fresh made ramen in fresh made broth that costs 16 bucks a bowl from a restaurant with roots in Japan.

When I was a kid, I wasn't deprived or anything of the sort. But my mom did grocery shopping once every two weeks, and that was it. I think there was an exception for milk--in fact, we might have been the last family to have a milkman deliver our milk. But that was two weeks of food, and sometimes, towards the end of the two weeks, pickings were slim. Not so much for dinner, but for snacks. There's be none.

I'd pay 40 bucks for 40 mg right now. Wish I had the nerve to get a script.

I recall da milkman. Did you guys have one of those small tin or aluminum (gawd knows, it may have been lead) slightly insulated box thingies on your front porch?
