My first tape was a copy of David Lee Roth's "Eat 'em and smile" that my brother made for me. Then my grandparents, having accidentally ended up with one of those Columbia house deals, gave me, my brother, and my sister each a random tape that they had received. I got Escape Club's "Wild Wild West," my sister got a Kylie Minogue album, and my brother got the "C0cktail" soundtrack. Obviously, we were all very jealous of my brother.

Is either of them named Beavis Hextall? If so, my bad.

Either that or Licensed to Ill. Can't remember which came first

Those were my first two as well. I got Raising Hell first and then LtI a month or two later.

I'll never forget the day I made my mom buy me Raising Hell, it was me and her and some lady she went to high school with and her son. They were taking us on a historic Philly tour. Me and the kid were walking like 10 feet behind our moms and we see a little bag sticking outside of a corner of a brick so the dude grabs it. Neither of us had any idea what it was at the time but we held onto it for a while (It was just a $5 or $10 bag of pot that the dealer put back into his stash sloppily). For whatever reason we thought it was a good idea to show our moms while we were in the Franklin Mint- you know where there are cameras every 10 feet. My mom absolutely flipped and threw it into a garbage can.

That was my first impression. What's sad is that when I'm a teacher, kids are going to do this to me and I'd be a hypocrite if I got upset about it. And when I'm older, I'm going to need some things to be upset about.

9 hours of jury duty today, 4 voi dire's, and I didn't get picked for a single jury. I didn't necessarily want to get selected, but unlike the other 99% of people, I didn't actively go out of my way in order to not get selected. All in all, the single most boring day of my life.

I was picked once. I really had no way out of it, as I was unemployed at the time. At the time (1989?) Philly paid you something like $7 for the first three days, but then you got bumped up to something like $25 dollars a day. So for a two week trial, I walked away with $221 bucks!

If I ever get called for jury duty, I think I'd do whatever it takes not to get selected.

What do Siragusa, Johnson and Albert do if both the Giants and Eagles are on a network other than Fox? Are they allowed to announce games in which neither the Giants nor the Eagles are participating?

Phil Simms should be a bigger homer on Inside the NFL. But Harry's voice makes that show worth watching.

Why are the only wizards of the elder generation in Harry Potter Ron's Aunt Muriel and Neville's grandmother?

Well, when they call your name at voi dire, jumping up from your seat and yelling "guilty!" should do it.
