its been interesting. its definitely not a "base speech" like palin's was. it seems to be trying to reach out to the middle a little bit. i guess that is mccain's thing though.

No, this is a good speech. Not a great orator, but in terms of content, in terms of tone, it's quite good. He's so much better when he's doing something other than spouting RNC talking points though. That last bit was pretty awesome. Of course, it does like sort of inconsistent with last night's mokcing of community organizers.
