A college roommate of mine used to do that, and it never failed that at least half the girls would go with him. Not that I minded; it was a useful way to identify the idiots.

I find it odd that you know about that.

Heard about it on opie and anthony this morning. I really honestly don't know who in the world would go to something like that, I got uncomfortable just thinking about it.

:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

I had quite a career as "acoustic guitar guy" (usually as a duo). Lots of party invites from people I/we hardly knew with the understanding that we'd bring our guitars. Sing-alongs are key.....

I bought a Canon multifunction printer in November, only use it for scanning and faxing, and the ink tanks are faulty. You have to replace the ink to get it to work. Not print, just work -- scan, fax -- you can't do that unless the ink is "full" Nevermind that I've only printed like ten or twenty documents from it.

You're not talking about the Canon MX 700? So far, we love ours.

I am. Vox had to go out and buy me ink for it so I could could scan some stuff. There's stuff on the web about the problem -- aparently you can call and get free ink to fix the problem, but it was the weekend. The ink he bought me fixed the problem, for now.

Add having a preemie on top of that and spending about 3 weeks in the hospital.

Just hear lil' Splinter's heart beat again this morning. Which was scary at first because they couldn't find it for a while...

Mrs. McNeal and I were talking about that last night, she was listening to Jr's chest, she thought he was getting sick, and heard his heart beat and we were talking about those doctor visits when it took a few to find the heart beat. You sit there sweating and then all of the sudden you hear it and it's such a relief.
