1. Yeah, the big boss now thinks I'm "having trouble juggling my two merged positions" even though that's not the case at all. I can probably get back to where I was in his esteem with only a few months of being on-point, but I definitely took an undeserved hit three hours ago.

On the one hand, I'm awesome at my job and enjoyed my good reputation - if I quit tomorrow, they would be screwed for half a year; even though I'm at the bottom of the totem pole, since the ref librarian who trained me retired, there's a lot of stuff that I only I know how to do - but on the other hand, I'm out of there in fourteen months when I graduate, so maybe I shouldn't care too much.
