ballparks are private. they can't discriminate against a person because of their inclusion in a protected class:

Race.
Color.
Religion or creed.
National origin or ancestry.
Sex.
Age.
Physical or mental disability.
Veteran status.
Genetic information.
Citizenship.

Yeah, the petition is dumb. Though if it were MLB doing the banning I could see some validity if they can make the case he's conducting an unauthorized commercial activity.

Inciarte and Blair are in the majors. Kinda stinky. Dansby Swanson is in AA and is a top prospect. Good trade for the Braves depending on Swanson being good.

He's supposed to have great makeup. Especially the lipstick and blush.
