What's the purpose of a AAA rotation? It's either got to be prospects, or guys semi-prepared to step into the majors, right? Anything else is a waste of resources.

Certainly been a bad year for the rotations at the top two levels.

Amaro's lack of talent evaluation abilities strikes again. I'm sure he thought the guys in AAA might have a chance to be adequate fill-ins for the majors.

So much of his value is/was in defense that despite this I'd doubt he makes the hall. He'd need at least a few more seasons like this one, I'd think.
