My best friend just a bought a house in that development. Hamels actually owns two homes next to each other there. I have no idea why. Maybe that he is just selling one of them

Its actually not that expensive of a development. Its Toll Brothers so I'm sure they are built like crap.. I think Cole bought the model home.

I think it's just because Doc is a genuinely optimistic person. That doesn't jive with his scary on-field demeanor, but he's been so damn upbeat in press conferences and on Twitter. I think he just doesn't see the problem and feels that he personally was treated extremely well by Rube. It's pretty understandable... it's just not going to go over well with the fanbase.
