The fans already have. Attendance is down, TV ratings are down, interest is down.

I was thinking of a more active dislike for the team, but point taken.

I don't think the team is unlikable though. I mean, the only thing that I don't like about them is that they suck. But it's not that they're bad players, it's that they're once great players in decline. If this was a team full of guys they pulled off the scrap heap, that'd be one thing. But there's 6 or 7 guys who are or were recently elite players. A lot of us may have short memories, but a lot of people will still be talking about Ryan Howard's preeminent power 2 years from now when he's opsing in the .600 range.

I don't hate the old core guys in decline, but I have a hard time finding things to like about most of the other players.

The one behind my section was terrible on opening day, they ran out of food and some beer, and it wasnt opened for the other 2 games me or my wife has been to

granted managerial changes are overrated in my opinion... but before you think about doing a fire sale i think you have to let charlie go right now. maybe things will turn around, i wouldn't count on it, but there is lots of money and there is decent enough talent on this team to be in the wildcard hunt. i want to try every other option before you go firesale because there really is no one ready to go in the minors to replace any one of any significance.

secondly... put roy on the dl and have him get his work in down in florida.
all the other relievers today... release or send them down. bring up savery, defratus and who ever else, they can't be worse.

Halladay just told the media he is hurt.

Edit.....shoulder pain the day after his Pittsburgh start. They decided to have him pitch through it (lol...idiots).

Is he really hurt, or is it a phantom injury? Who replaces him? Starting Morgan seems pretty early, but everyone else is pretty bad.

Cloyd. Morgan isn't going well right now.

He's had three clunkers, but Pettibone was getting rocked at the time of his call up. I also assume that it will be determined on length of absence required.

Cloyd isn't real good, though he had a strong start a day or two ago. Would recall him more to spare Morgan than anything else.

I hope that wasn't Roy's last start as a Phillies.

Since he will be a FA next year, who is going to sign him? Hope that if he gives it a go next year, it's as a Phillies
