Well, with Watson, Gueller and Cozens officially signing for slot, I think I'm officially worried about signing Rash. On the other hand, I can confirm that we *have* signed 2 post 10th round HS picks in OF Steve Golden and RHP Ricky Bielski.
to be fair, you worry every year!

1. Serritella took 200k flat so we saved 72,300
2. Watson, Gueller, Cozens, Perkins, Brady, and Milner all got full slot value
3. Guth signed for 50k so we saved another 75k.
Thus, we are officially 147,300 under budget at this point. Does that plus Ludy savings plus Rash slot value get Rash?

i dont think it will take more than $75-100K over slot to sign Rash, tbh
Third-round pick Zachary Green ... and second-rounder Michael Rash ... were also close to agreements with the Phillies, according to Wolever.

So it looks like all of the picks from the first 16 rounds (assuming Ludy and Carmona) will be signed

God, now the Phillies aren't even letting Brookover see his own editor!

i dont see why he wouldnt. it wasnt like he was a first round talent that slide to the 11th round. he might require $50K-100K over slot, but they've got that.
