I actually found out the news on the Tastykakes from Gonzo. Probably the only time reading his article did something for me.

LOLIVER PEREZ UPDATE

I'd say its 70/30 he signs a minor league deal with the Phillies by the end of the day Thursday.

Phillies are helping the Mets sell tickets now. The Mets are in Nats prestige territory.

I was listening to an interview yesterday between the new 1210 morning guy and Raul Ibanez. Raul has a broadcasting career ahead of him if he wants it. He was terrific on the radio, I don't think I heard a single "umm", "you know", or "like".

He, Rollins, Lidge, and Howard are all pretty poised.

If you forgot where Ed Wade landed, you could take a look at starting rotations around the league and stop right here:

jonmorosi Jon Morosi
#Astros say they are set, too, with Brett Myers, Wandy Rodriguez, J.A. Happ, Bud Norris and Nelson Figueroa

Manny hits Oswalt in the head with a line drive and he's down. Oh crap.

This is why we shouldn't be so overconfident.

Oswalt nearly had his head taken off.... a warning from the Baseball Gods.

Be humble!!

Some Ray is in the dugout pointing to the spot it hit Oswalt in the head and laughing about it.

HATE. We must destroy him/them.
