I thought there was no way they'd relocate Jim either, but guess what?

I predict karen gets the job

Jims a supporting character, Michael is the star of the show. Taking him out of the central location of each plot doesn't make any sense.

The Bionic Woman remake is getting picked up by NBC. The actress who plays Starbuck on BSG is her nemesis.

It'll be interesting to see if she expand her emotional range beyond "pissy" and "maudlin."

A person given supernormal powers with the aid of nanobots...didn't work so well when it was jake 2.0....i suppose since it's hot girls in the roles it'll do better?

The sad thing is, my obsession with BSG is such that I'll probably watch this once. I sat through much of that last "Halloween" movie a few months back when I realized that Sackhoff was in it; she basically played Starbuck, though the movie was a few years before Battlestar--hence my view of her range.

While we're on the subject of Battlestar (and why else do I ever post in this sad thread?), big news from Olmos and Sackhoff:

The end is here

Except about baseball.

Remember that time I was right and you were wrong when we were talking about the Phillies? O wait, that's the outcome of every conversation we have ever had.

Scrubs has been picked up by NBC for a 7th and final season. 18 episodes only, no shot of being on the fall sked. But some closure for perhaps the best show of all time that lasted 7 seasons and whose network treated like a piece of dung.

Studio 60 has officially been canceled. Good, it sucked.

NBC picks up Lipstick Jungle (Sex and the City ish show). Audrey from 24 is in it, so Jack's gonna need another love interest kind of written in but not committed to until the verdict comes down on this show.

Plus, Michael Ausiello might have just leaked ABC's fall sked:

MONDAY
8 – 9:30 Dancing with the Stars
9:30 – Sam I Am
10 - Marlowe

TUESDAY
8 - Dancing with the Stars
9 - Dirty Sexy Money
10 - Boston Legal

WEDNESDAY
8 - Pushing Daisies
9 - Private Practice
10 - October Road

THURSDAY
8 - Ugly Betty
9 - Grey's Anatomy
10 - Football Wives

FRIDAY
8 - The Middle
8:30 - Miss/Guided
9 - Men in Trees
10 - 20/20

SATURDAY
College Football

SUNDAY
7 - Home Videos
8 - Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
9 - Desperate Housewives
10 - Brothers & Sisters

The Replacements
• Mondays after Dancing with the Stars: Notes from the Underbelly and Perfect Gentlemen
• Tuesdays starting in February: Lost
• Tuesdays after Dancing with the Stars: Oprah Winfrey's Big Give

Midseason
The Bachelor
Cashmere Mafia
Cavemen
Eli Stone
George Lopez
The Knights of Prosperity
Supernanny
Wife Swap

I love this time of year.

"Knights of Prosperity" made it to the final round, but ABC is not picking it up for 2007-2008. :( :x

so my dvr missed the end of the office, even though i had it going an extra two minutes. these supersized episodes always do that.

anyway, what was the little part that's normally after the last commercial break? it's normally short and not really key to the plot, but funny nevertheless.

I missed the end too. Did they ever find Andy?

No, they don't.

I don't take The Office seriously as a mockumentary anymore. It's still funny and very well done any all accounts, but it's so obviously shot as a single camera comedy and not like an actual documentary that it's unrealistic to believe that all this stuff is actually happening.

I was watching a fun show on MOJO (formerly INHD) yesterday called I Bet You. It stars poker players Phil Laak (the Unabomber) and Antonio Esfandiari (the Magician) and how they constantly make bets with each other on the dumbest things. Good fun.

I don't think they were ever trying to fool you on that note.

I finally got around to watching the Traveller. I liked the plot, but something about the two actors playing the "terrorists" bugged me.

It was definitely an interesting first episode - I'm sure there will be plenty of twists and turns.

Lack of acting talent?

Andy was in the ending bus scene. I think that means the end scene was on the way to the beach rather than back from the beach.
