You know what I hate about the Mets, besides everything about their entire current existence? Their new stadium looks so beautiful; it's really going to blow CBP out of the water. They - gasp! - realized that the stadium looks better if it not only is cool on the inside, but has a nice, unified facade on the outside. That whole Ebbets field look is awesome. Why didn't the Phillies try to replicate/update the look of Shibe Park for the facade of their ballpark, which was a nice stylistic match (French Second Empire) for City Hall? It never fails to annoy me when I think about it.
