Not a Seinfeld quote, but fans of the show need to check out the (relatively) new book by Warren Littlefied--"Top of the Rock: The Rise and Fall of Must-See TV." Lots of good interviews from Seinfeld, Jason Alexander, Julia-Louis Dreyfuss, and other writers/producers of the show in the chapters about Seinfeld. Nothing from Larry David, but that's not too surprising.
