Is that the predominant thinking? I've never thought that. Maybe that is the prevailing thinking of young people, not old men like me.

Think I've personally known more non-white pro-lifers. I always tied it to religion not race or gender.

I guess I've thought it the provenance of women, but then again that makes me a liberal pig thinking that women should have the say about women's issues. Mom did a good job of making me step back and supporting the world view of women in my life. Then again, it might have been a fear campaign.

Legal in all/most cases: 61% women, 60% men
Illegal in all/most cases: 38% both genders

Older people are definitely more likely to say it should be illegal, doesn't break that down by gender. Seems like it would be pretty consistent though? Of course there's still the agruable point that older women grew up in a more patriarchal society, didn't get the same information younger people do etc etc etc. Though it's notable that there was also a national 60-38 split back in 1990s.

Also as with everything nowadays there's a notable education gap, that might just be tracking the parties at this point though.

Older people tend to be more "religious" than younger people so that tracks.

I don’t try to be the second guesser when it comes to campaigning but it’s a bit odd to me that Biden is just going to hang out at home until the debate. Thought maybe one more PA trip couldn’t hurt.

got my mail-in ballot today. Interestingly, it did not show up in my "Informed Delivery" email this morning. Thought it my be some kind of security thing, but USPS ifers that it's supposed to.
