So the confirmation hearings will be concluding on October 13th. Literally 20 days before the election. that means they'll fill this seat roughly about 2 weeks before the election, with a swearing in as soon as could possibly happen I would imagine. That seems like a normal process to me.

Some real great polls this morning for Biden

Basically +10 in WI and MI. And in both cases, the seating of a SC justice is wildly unpopular (53%+ are against it and think winner of election should choose).

Would like to see Biden after the debate finally hit the road and do some really rallies...they can be socially distanced...but I think he needs to get in front of some crowds in PA, Florida, AZ, ect

Graham had given another date Saturday, saying that the committee would move on Barrett's nomination by October 26, likely teeing up a Senate floor vote shortly before Election Day.
