I think the truth is somewhere between “Biden is a dementia patient in a secret nursing home” and “Biden is a vibrant brilliant retail politician.” He’s benefited from fewer unscripted interactions with voters, which is where a lot of his gaffes have historically come.

does seem PA is trending more towards WI, MN, MI at this point. More recent ones are 6-7 range as opposed to 4-5 range (generally).
