friend has a house that has a main bath in the hallway with a tub, toilet and sink. but there's a door to another sink and shower which also connects to the master bedroom. also there's an outdoor laundry/utility room that is connected to the house and has a w/d, utility sink and toilet.

how many bathrooms are there?

btw... some of the 60s style small ranch homes out here have some of the weirdest plans/features. toilet was added by the previous owner.

I’d never heard of it either, probably because there are no basements in Florida*. But a few years ago I visited some family in Illinois and they had one installed. Their basement is mostly finished as well. Just walking in the basement and bam, oh hey a toilet. Thought it was the weirdest thing. Didn’t realize it was fairly common.
