If I startle him and he hides in his shell, I'll sit quietly and wait for him to come back and watch him go off on his way. I don't pick them up or disturb them unless I see one on the road, then I'll stop and move it to the side he's going, I just enjoy a good turtle.

it's weird when I read a post with he same avatar and think, "I totally agree with that. did I post that? I don't think I posted that."

If you do have to pick one up to get it out of the road, be sure to thoroughly wash your hands. And yes, turtles are very cool. We get them in the yard on occasion. They can sometimes make the cat crazy.

Then they got lazy, and started expressing it in writing as 1.5, 3.5, etc.
Now, with mcmansions the way they are, larger homes have multiple power rooms. for instance that home in brig i was talking about has 3 of 'em. Obviously you can't combine half baths to make a full bath, so a house with 3 fulls and 3 halfs is not "4.5" baths. But they way they show that now is "3.5+ baths".
My idea? Just make the decimal point separate the number of full and half baths. for example, you'd express that house as "3.3" baths. a typical 3 full/1 half would be "3.1". That concept would even work with homes like Trent's, where you could just say "14.12 baths".
