It was astounding. He was barely coherent on a highly edited and produced show and would just say easily disprovable stuff like that it was the top rated show in America.

Good outcome in the Louisiana abortion case. Chief Justice Roberts dissented in the near identical Texas case, but here he consented because of stare decisis. Three pretty good rulings by SCOTUS in the past week.

The Court will add more days.. no way they dump all of the remaining cases tomorrow. I think I saw on SCOTUS blog there are like 10 outstanding.
