Wait, is this THEE Ted Cruz? Holy shit man! Is this the same guy let little Donnie call his wife A dog and his father an assassin and now kisses his ass? Yo, can I get your autograph man?

@perlmutations
I tell you what teddy boy, since mentioning jim jordan and wrestling is... problematic, why don’t we say fuck him and just make it you & me. I’ll give 50k to Black Lives Matter and you can keep all the tax payer money you were thinking of spending.

Supreme Court weighed in that workers cannot be fired for being gay or transgender. Asserted that this is covered under the 1964 civil Rights act. And both gorsuch and Roberts weighed in on the protection of these rights.

Seems I'm about 4 hours behind (other page) but still great news.

A reasonably reputable Arkansas poll has Biden down 2 points to Trump. Most certainly an outlier, and for some reason they used a likely voter screen (maybe because the RV numbers looked even worse?) but still I think they may have run into a big Trump voter refusal problem .

People who intend to vote for Trump refuse to answer polls. There's evidence that people who support the President are less likely to answer polls when he's messing up.

so you're saying trump is probably up by more than that? Aren't other polls showing sleepy joe ahead?

It's Arkansas. Trump won by 20 points in 2016. If Biden is even close here, it means landslide Democratic victory.

There’s a poll out there with Biden +17 in aggregate in swing states won by trump (PA WI MI FL NC OH). He’s +14 nationally in that poll.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

I really do think Trump voters are too embarrassed to say they are voting for him, or say they are voting for Biden so they can say the polls are fake news.

don't know about the fake news part... but i think the first part was why the polls were off with the last election and probably will be a bit off with this one.

They were a normal amount off (a few percent)...it just happened to be in the 'wrong' direction and in a large enough margin to swing the election.

And national polls were actually quite close...there was just a systemic error mainly among white non college educated voters.

I bet the number of "embarrassed" Trump voters is pretty small. Most of his supporters are quite vocal about it. There are those who think the GOP of yore still exists who might not express their intent to vote for him.

And, as Silverman points out, clusters of states tend to swing together.

Aren't swingers shunned in Arkansas and southern Missouri?
