Campaign Pro’s James Arkin reported (for Pros) that nearly half of the Democrats in the state House have backed him, and two state senators and another representative also endorsed his bid. "They are realizing that the [DSCC] choice, the person that has all this outside money, is not the strongest candidate to do it. And they're standing with me,” Booker said in an interview with James. I tend to agree. McGrath builds nothing with the local party, brings nothing other than being a fighter pilot, and initially got off being 'pro-Trump'. For the national party to continue to push her is pretty lame.
Amy McGrath is full court pressing Northern Virginia for money to trade on Mitch hate. I think I even got a mailer. I'll be honest, I was tempted just out of spite. I've got some sub-hundred dollar figure for someone who runs against Mitch.
