Yeah he lied multiple times (or worse doesn’t know the right answers).

So was she good at grilling him or did she go soft letting him say whatever?

Here's the interview. Around 1:30 is when she looses her patience.

Pence: Thousand more will get this

Guthrie: Thousands or millions?

Pence: I'll let the experts answer that

Moments before Guthrie stated that Dr. Falci said as much as a third of the US could get this. That is over 100M.

The rhetoric in this is horrible.

McConnell ally says Senate won't take up House #coronavirus bill until after recess. “The Senate will act when we come back and we have a clearer idea of what extra steps we need to take,” Sen. Lamar Alexander told reporters.

Cancelled our organization's office opening for Friday. Likely to cancel canvassing and switch to a phone banking/postcard/internet ad heavy outreach for the primary

Markets dropped 50 percent during that recession, let's hope that doesn't happen here.

There’s a pretty good chance it will be worse. This is going to get much worse before it gets better and it’s not going away for months.

Yeh, there are multiple industries that are going to collapse from this. The travel/tourism industry is getting killed right now. I guess the tech industry will do well, assuming they can keep making and sending out product, but many more industries will get hammered.

I know this crisis will further expose Trump's incompetence, but I do fear he and others will use this opportunity to divert money, change laws, seize more authoritarian control, etc, etc. The tax cuts are just the beginning, I'm sure. Once they have their feet under them, they will turn their eyes to making more money.

Financial markets could not have reacted worse to Trump stimulus announcement (starting with Monday bungling statements made with no plan). Isn’t this supposed to be what he’s best at? Per him?

My brother is a Trump supporter and today he told me Trump is an idiot. He said, "How are reduced taxes going to help when people don't have a paycheck because there's no work?" The emperor has no clothes.

My brother owns a windshield repair company and does well with it. He has two employees who both make around 50k/year. He said if business shuts off and there's no money coming in, he can wait 3 or 4 weeks before he has to lay off the first guy and another 2 weeks before he's have to lay off the other. He's told them this so they are prepared. It's unclear how this will affect his business, but he's concerned people will stay home and there will be much fewer repairs. He does have some corporate accounts, so maybe that will keep him afloat enough to keep everyone on the payroll.

so SNAP is being cut down for 700,000 people between the ages of 18 and 49 because they're considered 'able-bodied' without dependents. Trump had this rule change implemented that took away any waivers due to unemployment and took away state discretion. If you work under 20 hours a week, you fall into that category and will be allowed only 3 months of SNAP for 3 years. With so many people being forced to stay home or losing hours due to business closures, I wonder how many people will fall under 20hrs/wk and thus no longer qualify for SNAP when they need it the most?
