I’ve never been on a cruise. I’ve heard they’re a good time and it sounds like the industry was built for me. I’ll have to go once this is all over.

Allocation of available resources issues aside, we should help any industry stay afloat (i really didn't intend that) as much as we can. Now they may end up at the bottom of the list, but the cruise industry is a major employer.

Maybe I have the wrong impression. Are most of them foreign owned employing mostly citizens of other countries?

That's right, they flag the ship for special considerations (i.e., Panama to traverse the canal at a discount), so let those nations pay the freight. The US isn't bailing out KLM, JAL, etc.

President Trump announced Thursday that the Food and Drug Administration has approved hydroxychloroquine, a drug used to treat malaria, in the fight against COVID.

I am familiar with it as a preventive being used to keep the virus from gaining a footing. It made me slightly nauseous, but it made a few people who took it have sort of a tinnitus situation. A few days after we were done taking it these effects went away. some people cannot take it, but that is probably true for every drug. If this works it is a fair trade.

Probably read the story flying around social media this morning about the non-peer reviewed study out of China that said that it worked pretty well when combined with an anti-biotic and told the FDA to ignore protocols

I sorta agree with trump on experimenting. Too much is at risk not to to be honest.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

Plus it's a drug that's been around since 1940

Putin probably told her they have the goods on Biden/Burisma and she should endorse to set up her gig as the token dem on Fox.

Senate Republican plan includes corporate tax cuts, limits on paid leave and $1,200 checks for taxpayers.

Not only did he dump stock, but he also told some wealthy friends how bad this was without telling his own constituents. Is there anything worse a public servant can do than this?

Didn't this happen after 9/11 too, congressmen shorting airlines, etc., and nothing came of it? Probably pretty difficult to prove his intent in court, or he says his finance guys make all the decisions and he had no idea about it. Not up for re-relection until 2023

Burr was one of only two Senators to vote no on the STOCK Act (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge) in 2012 lol.

You can add Senator Kelly Loeffler to the insider trading list. This is going to be great! LOL
