He makes these weird, unchecked promises-- two days ago some army ship was going to anchor in New York harbor to help, but it is actually months away from being seaworthy. Now Carnival cruises is going to offer their ships up? Man fuck this guy. His "We have it under control" talk as things spiral out of control is making it all worse.

Fuck the cruise industry. They are nothing but a polluting luxury for the lazy and gluttonous and the world would a better place without them.

Airlines at least are a useful mode of transportation.
