Besides his words, what makes you believe that? He’s never even included anything remotely like universal healthcare in a budget proposal.

Biden basically has no ground game to speak of. Going to be the weakest campaign to head to the convention with a shot at the nomination.

In my voting life my party has forced me to vote for John Kerry, Hilary Clinton and soon to be Joe Biden. It can still end in a contested convention but seems pretty obvious everyone will dump delegates on Biden. Sigh.
