Serious question: what does testing entail? Cotton swab then send to a lab? I mean, how does the process work and how come we cannot seem to make traction there?
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

two swabs- throat or inner cheek and nose. Swabs sealed and sent to testing lab.

Holdup before was only PA DoH was doing testing in PA so that was a bottleneck. Recently Labcorp was enlisted to help process samples and soon (maybe even now) Quest is authorized. (but DON'T go to their locations to get tested. DO NOT).

See, it helps having a physician as chair of county commissioners- you get this level of detail in the press briefings....

Most counties in PA also don't do shit and don't even have Departments of Health so they rely on the state for everything. The stage is way understaffed and way backed up.

we only have the old fashioned mouth thermometers at my abode, so today i stopped at cvs to see if i could pick up a cheap scanning one. 45 bucks, yikes. Thought I had a 35% off coupon on my cvs card so i figured why not. Well, the coupon was expired and i payed full ride. checked amazon, those things are like a hundred bucks on there
