Looks rough for Hood so far in MS ... Guessing he didn't use the logical slogan -"You can feel good about Hood." Would have fired up some SEC college voters.

Looks like the GOP may have picked up both seats

If things end as they are, GOP will have won the two far South Jersey districts so would be +4 in the Assembly and +1 in the Senate. Norcross hardest hit. Murphy probably laughing (though he'll be very disappointed that all North Jersey GOP seats held, contrary to most expectations).

Thanks for that NJ. Pretty tight with Guenther. Would like to see him win.

Reeves is going to win MS. Very low turnout.

Fucking Berks County went fully Republican on the county level but more Democratic on the city level. It's almost completely two different counties at this point.

Chester county flipped too. Dems swept everything. Not really close.

Also Shapiro bouncing around to all the victory parties in the burbs. He's running!

SW PA turned more red but the burbs turning more blue. Heck, Williamsport elected a Dem Mayor.

Dems may win majority in bucks Co on county commissioner too. Thanks Trump.

Just gonna keep posting wins.

Dems flipped control in Manheim Twnsh outside Lancaster which is a big sign for 2020 on where PA can turn back blue.

Meanwhile as far as I can tell the GOP took a real beating in my town, certainly (clean sweep D, first time Ds will hold local boards in a decade plus) and in Bucks County generally.

The woman (Julie Briskman) who gave Trump the bird from her bike when he was headed to golf, and the reason I think he now flies to the course, won office. The incumbent she beat would bring trump up all the time. It was like “what would Donald do“ at county board meeting sometimes, and she would say things like local decisions are being made counter to the president’s agenda. She is a bit of wack job obviously, but I thought that she had enough sway the rich part of the county but she would still be standing in the end.

The bad news for Ms. Briskman is that she’s about to find out what horrible job she has no one. Long hours, low pay, natural line of angry resident.

One consequence of last night’s Bucks County Democratic wipe out of the GOP is that I, who unfortunately was a non-participant this time, am going to be president of the Centennial School Board.

Lord help me.
