We live in an America where I don’t know if Barr ordered the arrest of these guiliani criminals to avoid anymore issues regarding potential interviews on the hill or further talking on wire tapped phones. Literally, don’t known Barr is obstructing or not.

If the guys were under a sealed felony indictment and had one way tickets to leave the US, that would seem a good time to arrest them and not a very obstruct-y thing, as it increases the potential for them talking against people much closer to the President like Rudy.

I'm curious about the timing of their one-way tickets.

He's going to be impeached. Zero doubt of that. Conviction/Removal by the Senate still seems like a long shot at this point.

If he's removed, I figure Pence pardons him and his family for all alleged federal crimes a'la Nixon (though NYState and others could still pursue).
If he's defeated the new Justice Department could prosecute but I can definitely see them wanting to let it go and move on. Though I would like to see the guy locked up.

I'd relish all his properties and assets getting seized.
