The weird thing is that this is the second husband of hers that has died suddenly in his early 30's. The police haven't released the body yet because there seems to be no obvious reason for his death.

I kinda wonder if she is killing her husbands.

Start early you can win. Gal had 2 before we were out of HS she passed that quality on and she was a grandmother before I had a child of my own.

I generally do lettuce and onions on subs. Even though lettuce has zero nutritional value. Only do tomatoes if I'm splitting it with my girlfriend. I love tomatoes but not on a sub.

tomatoes (sic) are awesome on everything and if you disagree i will fight you

lettuce i'm not fast to disparage, but i will replace with spinach wherever the opportunity presents. And sometimes even when it doesn't I will omit lettuce when the establishment has proven a history of bad lettuce. Wawa, for example, never ever has good lettuce.

Bucky is right. There are definitely better greens than lettuce, for a sandwich or anything else. But tomatoes are great, and adding a crunch improves a sandwich. I do think it depends a bit on the freshness of the vegetables, and you can let the sandwich sit there any length of time with tomatoes on it or the bread gets soggy.

Hot pepper rings are also good.

i wasn't able to meet up for the furnace party, but this sounds pretty promising too. if anyone else is interested, hit me up. we would have to go underground with the details a bit after my beaver stadium incident. i am probably on some sort of watch list.

Someone on my train, who was on the phone for the previous 30 minutes, asked the conductor when we arrive at 30th street.

Problem is, we were pulling up to Bryn Mawr, which is 7 stops after 30th street.

There are certain items that in my opinion are overpriced. That is, even with shopping around, the least expensive acceptable quality item seems twice as expensive as it ought to be.

These items include bath towels--why does a piece of terry cloth 2'x4' cost $40? Seems crazy. In the same category, bed sheets. Again, crazy expensive for what amounts little more than fabric.

Neck ties are also on this list. And tires.

I've always snored really loudly, even when I was a kid, and lately I've been exhausted all the time. No matter what time I go to bed and wake up I'd still be ready to go nap or whatever. I'd asked my PCP about it a few years ago and he told me I have a narrow airway and it's not sleep apnea and discouraged me from getting a sleep study. Well a few weeks ago I just said eff it and scheduled an appointment with an ENT and he said the same thing about narrow airway, but agreed to set me up for a sleep study based on everything else I said. So I got the results on Monday and turns out I stopped breathing an avg of 45 times an hour and I've got severe sleep apnea. So now I'm getting a CPAP and hoping this will be the end of always being tired.

I was actually just thinking about this stuff the other day! But kind of the other way. Like, how is Cascade dish detergent like $7? It lasts forever. Toothpaste is like $3-4 and can last for a couple months. Some items seem underpriced!

The ultimate example might be these new foam mattresses you buy online for $1000+ and they just throw away if you don't like em
