dude, that's crazy!!!!

other than of course mine, yours, and everyone's parents and grandparents doing that one way through rain, ice and snow to get to school...

the only other people i know doing that was because

a. they got a dui
b. they got their car repossessed
c. they can't stand living at home with parents or roommates that make fun of them all the time.

personally, i just wish i had the free time to do it each and every day.

I have an REI one that I like. I'll try and remember to post it tomorrow. Honestly every jacket I've owned, no matter the price, does not breathe. You still end up sweating. Walking probably won't be as bad. But biking and hiking I'd always just be soaked regardless.

For walking I would suggest a jacket with pitzips. All major brands have them.

those damn gas engine bicycles? always hated those things. the electric ones on the other hand are pretty sharp. i really want to get a couple of the electric mountain bike ones for exploring longer distances like around national parks. found out they're banned though. however, if you keep the speed down and pedal and not look too hard for the motor, you can stay under the radar. if i would get busted, i would go off on being disabled and this is my mobility device. don't think they would call my bluff.

No. Scooter, mopeds, etc. under a certain displacement do not require a driver's license. Until recently they didn't even need a license plate. Max speed of 30 makes it fun when they're commuting on 55 mph roads.

It's hot enough here in Mississippi that there was an exact moment when I felt a sense of relief from the car air conditioning today.
