Thanks! That picture on the Amazon link sure brings it home. In fact, that's always been a pet peeve of mine- when i get my shirts dry cleaned it's "light starch, heavy on the collar" to try to prevent this very phenomenon. But these very expensive shirts i just bought (i got a BOGO at men's wearhouse, though!) are both no-iron, so I'll have to make sure I use these stays after a washing or two.

Want someone's opinion on this. While I was on my deployment, my girlfriend reached out to my Mom and got a few of my favorite recipes so she could surprise me when I got back. So on Friday she surprised me with a meal. There was a lot of it, so i packed a plastic container for work the next day. My girlfriend told her roommate that he could have some of it. She texted me this morning after I got home from work and almost all of it was gone. So a meal she made for me her roommate ate almost all of it. I'm raging upset, and she is too, but I wonder what the best route to approach is. She did tell him he could have some, but I feel discretion for most people would be to only have a little bit.

Would you be upset, and say something to the roommate?

Eh. I'd be bummed, but whatever. Certainly not worth making an issue out of since she told him he could have some, which he very well could have interpreted as "Hey, you can have the rest"

Yeah. It sucks but it’s probably a semantic thing and you could look like a lunatic if you get all pissed off because he ate food. What was it though? That could be important here.

Seems like you could easily leverage this into more pasta salad. Tell your gf that the only way you don't strangle this roommate is for her to make more pasta salad (as soon as possible) and that it's to be all yours. When life hands you lemons, make pasta salad.
