Good old Elizabeth Warren was known as a glowing red Republican back on the day. More at http://www.Politico.com

I guess things change, ask Trump.

On twitter, Trump says that this is under consideration.

Washington (CNN)During President Donald Trump's visit to the border at Calexico, California, a week ago, where he told border agents to block asylum seekers from entering the US contrary to US law, the President also told the commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, Kevin McAleenan, that if he were sent to jail as a result of blocking those migrants from entering the US, the President would grant him a pardon, senior administration officials tell CNN.

Two officials briefed on the exchange say the President told McAleenan, since named the acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, that he "would pardon him if he ever went to jail for denying US entry to migrants," as one of the officials paraphrased.

Why Ecuador released Julian Assange: rudeness, spying, and poop

his behavior was also downright rude — and more than a little gross. He barely maintained his own personal hygiene, leading the smell from his room to infest the rest of the embassy. He refused to clean up or even feed his cat. And he almost came to blows with the mission’s security staff. As if that wasn’t enough, he acted out and on at least one occasion smeared his feces on the wall.

Three months into this job and more convinced than ever that leaving things to the free market would end up destroying people moreso than it already does. Big companies just do not give a shit.

The dude went from looking like Richard Gere to my grandfather in five years. That is of course assuming he was properly embalmed 7 years ago. I guess pretty much solitary confinement will do that. He lost his shit and that's not surprising. I remember when the left loved him and then the right when he was a tool for the Russians. Now everyone hates him.

I'm about transparency and regardless of the sources and it's not only the job of government but more importantly each and every one of us to disseminate the information and seek the truth.

Transparency is fucking fantastic unless your adversaries operate exclusively in the black. Since Russia, China, North Korea, and dozens of other international actors operate exclusively clandestinely we need to consider a measured position. Wikileaks never represented a moderate or measured approach, but represented something more similar to a state sponsored player with a focus of destabilization.

Went to the evening with Bill/Hillary at The Met last night. A friend left us free tix and I wanted to see the place, which was very nice. I feel bad for people who paid much, as there is nothing new or exciting in the 75 minute Q&A. Bill was inaudible at times due to his throat issue, and you could hear him sucking a lozenge or something into the mic. Audience was 99 pct very friendly, just a couple hecklers hauled out (both were men in their 50s or 60s).

They had Nnamdi Asomugha as moderator, so many of the biggest ovations were Eagles-related. He was a little stiff and awkward with his questions, never once followed up on anything they said. So all in all, pretty predictable show.

Also, Congress is too stupid to understand Trump's tax returns. I'm sorry they're not as smart as you, Sarah. They didn't all go to Gudger College.

Then again she also said that "Congress not 'smart enough' to look through Trump's taxes."

So whatever.

WikiLeaks co-founder Julian Assangereportedly violated his asylum conditions when he used the Ecuadorian embassy in London as a “center for spying,” the country’s president said in a new interview.

Arthur Laffer, of the fake Laffer Curve fame, blamed the Great Recession on the anticipation of Obama's election.

There is an ageism joke about Pac reporting on a Bernie town hall in full swing at 5PM, and done by 7. I just got back from FL, so I've seen that time segment up close.

I am watching this thing and asking myself, “What was the purpose of this from Fox News’ perspective?” Sad that this is what politics has been reduced to, but also says something about their position. There’s definitely an agenda here; this was a strange little bit of theater for them to put on.

Delco’s best politician Rep. Margo Davidson is being investigated for using campaign funds to pay off a girl her son has been harassing, while also is being investigated for using public funds to buy gas at a Wawa that doesn’t sell gas, while also being investigated for forging election documents, but she’s safe because she got Gov. Wolf on her side.
