Nashville? The have like an operations center. 5000k jobs, yes, but the remaining 25K HQ2 jobs are theoretically still out there.
I posted over in the architecture thread that Crystal City is well positioned, but far from perfect for the influx of jobs to the area. It has an over subscribed metro leg, a commuter rail (VRE, which I think can scale), decent express busses that can scale, but not a whole lot of options for DC/MD residents yet. Adding the other 25K could be chaotic. Maybe Amazon expands it decent presence out by Dulles (good infrastructure, new metro line, some housing options, a shit ton of people commuting inward, but this is the very work force they were planning to cannibalized initially).
I sure as hell would not mind another city taking its half.
