You can't trust known right-wing source The Guardian.

I think there's quite a bit of reason to be skeptical about the report tho

I've been waiting for this one:

Well, it’s one plant in Ohio. But I love Ohio. And I told them: You’re playing around with the wrong person. And Ohio wasn’t properly represented by their Democrat senator, Senator Brown, because he didn’t get the point across. But we will all together get the point across to General Motors. And they better damn well open up a new plant there very quickly. You know, they haven’t closed — they’re reallocating it, it’s called. And I said, because their Cruze car isn’t selling, OK? They make a car called Chevy Cruze. And it’s not selling well. So I said: Then put a car that is selling well in there but get it open fast.

...

I spoke with Mary Barra, the head of General Motors, last night. I said: I heard you’re closing your plant. It’s not going to be closed for long, I hope, Mary, because if it is you’ve got a problem.
So she told me: The car’s not selling. I said, so maybe you got to make a better car.

They just need to take over the production line and start making the Trumpswagen. The TW could sell well in middle America, especially if it ran on corn.

@realDonaldTrump
Very disappointed with General Motors and their CEO, Mary Barra, for closing plants in Ohio, Michigan and Maryland. Nothing being closed in Mexico & China. The U.S. saved General Motors, and this is the THANKS we get! We are now looking at cutting all @GM subsidies, including....

....for electric cars. General Motors made a big China bet years ago when they built plants there (and in Mexico) - don’t think that bet is going to pay off. I am here to protect America’s Workers!

I just find it fun that the Guardian is now considered suspect in the Greenwald crowd

Yeah, I've got a family member who works in construction in Atlantic County, he's a project manager and runs some large scale pieces of major construction in NJ. His company did a shit ton of work on the Taj back in the 90's and then Trump just didn't pay. His company went out of business (he didn't own it) but he had to find a new job and wound up having to commute to New Brunswick for years and years after. Anyway, he voted for Trump because he thinks he's a good businessman. wtf goes through peoples heads.

Do we still hang traitors?

I might be cool with the death penalty for a few special circumstances.

There are a ton of stories like that here. He ruined a lot of lives with the construction of the Taj. Would probably make for an interesting book.

the crazy keeps spreading

“One of the problems that a lot of people like myself, we have very high levels of intelligence but we’re not necessarily such believers,” Trump said. “You look at our air and our water, and it’s right now at a record clean.”

The president added of climate change, “As to whether or not it’s man-made and whether or not the effects that you’re talking about are there, I don’t see it.”

@mkraju Sen. Chuck Schumer tells reporters at his on-cam presser that Democrats’ position is $1.6 billion for wall funding - far less than the $5 billion Trump wants - but he won’t say if Democrats are shutting the door on anything more, saying he’s not going to negotiate in public.

What?
Do you think April is too early for a Roger Dorn night?
