It’s more than just moving cost. That’s the estimated all-in cost. Media hasn’t reported to my knowledge what the INCREMENTAL cost is/was. That’s the relevant number.

I eff'ed that up initially. The cost includes the reservists deployed since April. Stars and Stripes reportsan estimated $210 million under current plans. That total includes $72 million for approximately 5,900 active-duty troops providing support to Customs and Border Protection, plus $138 million for 2,100 National Guard troops who have been there since April. This is from a report sent to Congress but not released by the Pentagon.

So Ecuador has pulled its ambassador to the UK and a few other personnel from their UK embassy that have been helping to protect Assange. This is coming just after the leak in the court document that makes it look like Assange is about to be indicted.

Assange is toast. Please let it be espionage. And please let Stone go down for that charge, too. And you know who.
