You see what went on the past couple of weeks and what the outcome will be and it really is no wonder why 70% of all sexual assaults go unreported. Given the death threats, protesting, the verbal assaults, Dr. Ford has to questioning whether it was worth it when this POS is just going to end up confirmed in the end. Tragic.

someone posted that in response to someone discrediting ford, and the response was "THAT CAN'T BE TRUE! IF THEY'RE NOT REPORTED THEN HOW DO THEY KNOW HOW MANY THERE ARE?"

It is extremely obvious that the GOP has one view point and it's of rich powerful men. They will do anything to ensure that their ilk stays in power. And their voters will lap it up because they think they're part of that club.

I mean more the fact that you have been clear that it is a positive that he gets to put two (maybe more) justices on the SC, the second of which has some pretty gross things in his past. Pinch your nose and charge ahead.

The smallest silver lining is that I think the longer Collins/Murkowski stay silent the better. If they're a definite yes they might as well just say it now.
Also McConnell has gone to the floor for major votes without being sure before. Still could happen. Extremely unlikely but it's possible.
