after denying Garland and getting the opportunity to finally get the SCOTUS votes to overturn roe and the aca with the 2 vacancies
they cant take a chance the senate flips and watch the dems stall any nominee for 2 years
I think if Kavanaugh was appointed instead of Gorsuch they wouldve dumped him and got a better choice since they had plenty of time
