There is some serious crazy happening between the judge and prosecutors with Manafort. The judge is really pounding on the prosecutors for anything and everything. Stuff like the prosecutors not looking the judge in the eye when he addressed them with the prosecutor saying he is looking in the judges direction, but does not want an errant facial expression to cause the bench to further yell at him.

Maybe I am just inexperienced in these matters and this stuff happens all the time.

I think it's more common than people think, at least from what I've seen attorneys say on twitter. Judges can be demanding as fuck.

supposedly what isnt so common is how much he is injecting during cross examination

I think the judge has a reputation of being a jerk. But he does seem to be being more of a jerk to the prosecution. Trumpers are everywhere and they feel emboldened to do whatever the hell they want. Wouldn't be surprised if he was one of them and is trying to influence the jury. Fortunately, from what I read, Virginia juries tend to be fairly sophisticated and don't respond much to judge nonsense. And then there's that second trial awaiting him after this one is over. We still got this (I hope).

Harms said in an additional email that the secretary of state’s office was responsible for the clerical error. She provided The Star with a scan of what she said was submitted to Kobach’s office on election night, showing 522 votes for Colyer.

I caught a few minutes of the Chris Cuomo show last night, and I have to say that I thought it was pretty embarrassing that he wasn't taking yes for an answer. But he did have Kombach on and he was beating him over the head about him staying out of the recount matter. I say it was fairly disappointing because he agreed fairly immediately that his office would not be involved and he would recues himself.

I thought the other more interesting news was as they correct these clerical errors the margin is below 100. He also said that there were a dozen errors thus far
