I'll be honest, I missed the separate hotel room piece.

First lady Melania Trump will watch "any channel she wants," according to her spokeswoman

"Seems kind of silly to worry about what channel she watches on TV (any channel she wants btw) or if she heard some recording on the news."

Trump Blasts FCC for Not Approving Sinclair’s Deal with Tribune Media

Hunt Valley, Md. – A week after the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) raised “serious concerns” about Hunt Valley-based Sinclair Broadcast Group’s proposed $3.9 billion acquisition of Tribune Media, President Trump on Tuesday night expressed his frustration in the form of a tweet. “So sad and unfair that the FCC wouldn’t approve the Sinclair Broadcast merger with Tribune,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “This would have been a great and much needed Conservative voice for and of the People. Liberal Fake News NBC and Comcast gets approved, much bigger, but not Sinclair. Disgraceful!” Ajit Pai, who was appointed FCC chairman early last year by Trump, said he couldn’t support the transaction in its current form. “Based on a thorough review of the record, I have serious concerns about the Sinclair/Tribune transaction,” wrote Pai in a statement. “The evidence we’ve received suggests that certain station divestitures that have been proposed to the FCC would allow Sinclair to control those stations in practice, even if not in name, in violation of the law. When the FCC confronts disputed issues like these, the Communications Act does not allow it to approve a transaction.” Instead, Pai said the proposed deal could become the subject of a hearing in front of an administrative law judge involving certain proposed divestitures. Sinclair in a statement said it was “shocked and disappointed” by the news, denying allegations of misrepresentation and lack of candor “in the strongest possible manner.” The acquisition would give the company 215 TV stations in 102 local markets.

Ford gets in on all the winning:

Ford Motor Co (F.N) on Wednesday lowered its full-year earnings forecast due to slumping sales and trade tariffs in China and its struggling business in Europe, and said ongoing plans to revamp its business could lead to pre-tax charges of up to $11 billion over the next three to five years. Ford reported its second-quarter net profit fell by almost half, missing analyst expectations, due to a fire at a parts supplier that disrupted production of its popular pickup trucks, while falling sales and tariffs hurt the automaker's business in China.

"This was obviously a very tough quarter for us," Chief Financial Officer Bob Shanks told reporters. Tariffs, particularly those imposed on U.S. aluminum and steel imports by President Donald Trump's administration, should cost Ford $1.6 billion in North America in 2018, Shanks said.

Shanks should dress up as a farmer and try to shake some of that sugar from the Trump Trade Tariff Sugar Tree.

At the freedom caucus we strive to uphold the core values of Conservatism, Libertarian conservatism, Fiscal conservatism, and Social conservatism. When needed, we are also the monkey butler for President Trump, and we will sacrifice our focused values willingly as part of a negotiation with some future consideration.

Jim Jordan throwing his hat into the speaker's race is next level delusion, even from the HFC. Is there no one else they could put forward? Like, perhaps someone not actively involved in a massive molestation investigation.
