I've been wrong about things before, such as my great theory about Trump not being able to be a sizable influence in GOP primaries for candidates he supports (see: Donovan romping and to a much lesser extent McMaster squeaking it out as proof in the other direction). But I don't think Hogan will lose. He hasn't fully Charlie Baker inoculated himself to the wave, but he's extremely popular.

Yeah will be interesting. Hogan is popular. Maryland is fairly blue. If Jealous can get some grassroot support and excitement he may have a shot.
