Its good for WV and possibly the US0fA that Don Blankenship was administered a beating. There is a practical lesson in this too as I now understand why some people are so completely dismissive of Dem near misses in GOP strong holds as Blankenship's loss is positioned as a big win for Trump. Seriously, Blankenship was a horrible candidate, and human so there should be champagne in DC that he lost the primary? Introspection should be in order.

Well, that is good news, and if he does not screw up a discussion with NK, and gets open access to inspect an agreed to NK shutdown of its nuke program, that would be good as well.

In other news, clawing back those unspent funds for use in the budget has some problems. Not redeploying the CHIP dollars to CHIP is dumb, but also there is unspent funds from Ebola that got a 'mission accomplished' but its back for round 2 ripping its way out of the Congo.

I would assume around 70 days or so as the Governor has 10 days to announce a special election to be held at minimum within 60 days. If it was close enough to November it wouldn't fit any of these time frames.

Wolf scheduled it to run concurrent with the November elections to minimize costs; however, it is to fill two months for Dent's old PA-15 seat and not the new PA7 seat. So some will be voting for Dent's replacement for two months and some for his replacement for 2 years and 2 months and some only for 2 years.

It's gonna be ridiculous.
