Maybe some psychology involved if the Dem wins by 0.4% instead of loses by 0.4%, but it's not like there are gonna be a hell of a lot of big House votes this year coming down to a single vote.
The ultimate winner is especially less relevant since this district is disappearing in 8 months and Lamb is going to have to run against a good GOP candidate who is an incumbent (in a much more Dem friendly district) whether he wins or loses.
